Your Experience

ARRIVAL

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time for check-in preparation for your service. If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that this will limit the time of your treatment. Your treatments will end on time to avoid inconveniencing other guests. The full value of your treatment will be charged. To keep the serenity of the spa we ask that you turn off your cell phone upon arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

As your spa appointments are reserved specifically for you, a 24 hour notice is required for cancellations and changes. Cancellations made within the 24 hour time period as well as no show appointments will be charged the full cost of the service. These fees will be assessed to the credit card used to secure your reservation.

DRESS

Special attention to draping is practiced during all treatments for your comfort and privacy. During your visit you will be provided with a robe and slippers. We will assign lockers to guests who book multiple services.

FACIALS

Skin care products used in facial treatments are medical grade and non-toxic. Expert massage techniques stimulate lymphatic drainage, release toxins, improve circulation and enhance natural hydration. Tension is released, puffiness reduced, and clarity is enhanced leaving the face and neck visibly smoother, tighter and more radiant.
